SUP Yoga is floating yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)
Taking your yoga practice on the water is a whole new experience! It allows you to create a deeper physical awareness, challenge your balance, provide the space for you to fully settle the mind chatter and gives you a freeness to be one in nature. It creates a depth that you cannot meet in the structure of four walls or solid ground.
Classes run June through September on scheduled Saturday and Sunday mornings. Times are early for the best water conditions, pack a lunch and stay for the day in the mountains!

Gentle Wave - A SUP yoga flow that restores your energy by moving with the tempo of the water. This class is a prefect way to get comfortable moving your body while floating along with connecting to the elements, cleaning your mind and challenging your balance and focus. With as slower pace, Gentle wave gives you a blissful relaxation on the board.
Nautical Flow - A vinyasa style class on the water that builds better balance, strength, coordination and endurance while going with the flow of the water beneath you. It energize you by connecting your breath and movement together, quieting the mind and bringing a sense of peace to your soul with the invigorating movement of Sun Salutations. This SUP flow will give you a sense of play leaving you feeling happy and free!
